oil in a karahi (wok) and add garlic. Sauté until golden brown.

chicken and fry until it changes color.

chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin seeds,

Add
green chilies and ginger. Cook on high heat until the chicken is fully cooked.

ü Basmati rice: 500 g (soaked for 30

ü Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbsp
ü Green chilies: 4-5
ü Red chili powder: 1 tsp
ü Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
ü Biryani masala: 2 tbsp
ü Garam masala: 1 tsp
ü Fresh coriander and mint: a handful
ü Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
ü Oil: ½ cup
ü Salt: to taste

Heat
oil in a pot and fry onions until golden brown. Remove half the onions and set
aside.

Add
ginger-garlic paste to the remaining onions and sauté for a minute.

Add
chicken and fry until it changes color. Then add chopped tomatoes, red chili
powder, turmeric, biryani masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.

Add
yogurt, green chilies, coriander, and mint. Cook until the chicken is fully
cooked.

Boil
rice in salted water until 70% cooked. Drain and set aside.

the chicken mixture and rice in a pot. Sprinkle garam masala, fried onions, and

ü Boneless chicken: 500 g (cut into
cubes)
ü Cream: ½ cup
ü Yogurt: ¼ cup
ü Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbsp
ü Green chilies: 2-3 (finely chopped)
ü Black pepper: 1 tsp
ü White pepper: 1 tsp
ü Cumin powder: 1 tsp
ü Garam masala: 1 tsp
ü Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
ü Salt: to taste
ü Oil: for grilling
Instructions:
v
In
a bowl, mix cream, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, black pepper,
white pepper, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.

Add
chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Marinate for at least 2 hours
(overnight is better).

Skewer
the chicken cubes and grill them on a charcoal grill or in an oven until fully
cooked, basting with oil occasionally.

ü Ghee or oil: ½ cup
